I offer both done for you and done with you options. Some of my clients are looking for someone to take over the full project and plan the structure, execute the assets and co-facilitate the program. Some need less involvement. I offer options for both, and all the ranges in between.

The time it takes to build a group program is largely dependent on my involvement. The more hands- on I am the less times it takes. That being said, you can expect a range from 3-6 months.

My fees range depending on the scope of the work. You can expect to invest $5,000 for a group program architecture. It’s usually equivalent to the revenue of your first 3-5 clients in your program.

A done-for-you package may include co-facilitation and starts at $10K. It’s usually equivalent to your first 8-10 clients in your program.
